5 /5 A B: I had excellent experience The employees are very helpful I have to note they are definitely on under a lot of pressure clientele wasn’t very easy on them I have absolutely read some of the reviews not sure exactly what happened with every particular experience the previous customers had My personal opinion it’s a pretty small size store and was pretty high traffic clients folks sometimes are not patient to wait couple of moments to get help Prices are relatively affordable quality it’s a different story Very high-quality products has been chosen between different major brands Carhartt Timberland dickies and more... very large selections Please don’t forget my lovely people when you do support local business even if it is an larger franchise as long as they employ locals you do support your community. Ordering from stores online is the oposite of supporting our community.

1 /5 Angel Artiga Alvarado: Absolutely unbelievable. I have NEVER seen a store this poorly run. The aisles are a disaster boxes stacked everywhere like some kind of obstacle course. It is blatantly unsafe. Products are shoved way up high with ZERO assistance available. Am I supposed to climb a ladder myself? Because that’s what it felt like. Customer service? Nonexistent. Employees take forever to acknowledge you, and when they finally do, they act annoyed that you even asked for help. Sorry for expecting you to do your job. Only ONE fitting room is usable, which is ridiculous. The rest are apparently just for decoration. I was shopping with my son and felt genuinely concerned for our safety the entire time. Because of the mess, I couldn’t even purchase the gift I came in for. This place has gone completely downhill and is a total waste of time. Management should be embarrassed. Avoid this store.

I walked in and 2 female workers by the register talking and i was never acknowledged. 15mins. in the store and both passed me by and they both ignored me. I was going to buy then I changed my mind because I no longer wanted to spend my money here. I visited this location couple of times and the same results most of the time.

1 /5 javier castellon: Ive been buy all my gear since i started my trade as an electrician. Bought a pair of pants that didnt fit. Left the tags on saved the receipt. As told per employee. Today i show up at 4:45. Stand outside the store entrance per covid rules. Literally waiting 15 minutes only for the employee to point at the door that says the store closed at 5pm. Like duh. I know! Ive been waiting patiently. I get you wanna go home. But at least communicate. Poor customer service.

3 /5 Garry Toll: That was really helpful and friendly, but me and a friend were looking for work boots, we checked out about 5 to 6 different pairs, and of course didnt have our size in any of them. One of the staff members that was assisting us was able to find the right boots and size at their location in Newark.
