5 /5 Rachael Evensen: I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the team at Zumiez at the Mount Shasta mall — especially Josh — for their incredible customer service. My 10-year-old son was shopping there today, and the way Josh supported him genuinely meant the world to me. This isn’t the first time my son was helped and has had an amazing experience with Josh. My son had even said before we got there that he had hoped that you were working this evening. He’s talked so highly of you and I can absolutely see and understand why and it was a pleasure to meet you. This is the first time I’ve personally met Josh and he recognized my son right away and that made my son feel so important. Josh was patient, kind, and so supportive in helping my son pick out clothes and feel confident in his choices. He treated him like a little brother, and as a mom, that is something I’ll forever appreciate. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Josh and Zumiez, for making my son’s day and giving us such a great experience. You truly made a lasting impression.

5 /5 Kelly Zielenski: Went to Zumiez today in Shasta Mall with my daughter, looking for birthday presents for my son, 17. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Josh. He proceeded to ask what he could help me with and went on a shopping spree for me! I got exactly what I wanted and loved!! Some things I would not have picked myself. He went to the back of the store and brought out new items. Im going to bring my son in when Josh is there and let him help my son some more diff styles! (And my husband like them all!) 5 /5 Aidan Ortiz: I went in today and I was trying to buy some pants, I was greeted by a awesome guy named Lincoln, he complimented me and was super chill. The pants ended up fitting great and I was 3 dollars short. Lincoln clutched up and helped me out. The people in there are always so nice and helpful with making sure you get the right thing youre looking for. Thanks to Lincon I was able to get the pants I wanted. THANK YOU LINCON YOURE THE GOAT!!!!

1 /5 jessica: A man who had been following me around the mall last month came into this store after I shopped and asked for my personal information (full name and phone number) connected to my Zumiez rewards profile. A male employee here willingly gave out my information to a stranger. Stay safe if youre signing up for rewards programs, if it could happen to me it could happen to anyone else. Thank you Richard Zumiez District Manager from Sacramento for looking into this for me.
