1 /5 Ileane Andrade: The guy at the register was absolutely rude. I will never step foot in this store again. He was white guy, skinny and definitely not pleasant to look at. In general the whole attitude of the workers was not welcoming.

5 /5 Orvin Vargas: I had an excellent experience at 5.11 Tactical Kissemmee today. The customer service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond by calling another store to locate a range bag I wanted when it wasn’t available in-store. To top it off, they arranged shipping directly to my home, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of attentiveness and willingness to help. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused. I’ll continue shopping here and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality gear and exceptional service.

The store was clean and well organized, although the selection is limited compared to online I thought they had a good amount of options for both clothing and gear. Devin (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) was extremely kind and helpful. She was knowledgeable about all the products, she helped answer questions and sizes that weren’t on the floor- Thank you!

5 /5 Roy s: Been buying 5.11 products for years online and was very pleased to find a brick and mortar shop nearby. Loved the look of the store l was greeted by a nice lady on entering. What an awesome selection of products. Spent nearly $200 that trip l returned 5 days later and Wes was awesome very friendly guy you got a customer for life you guys rock. I would have given you 6 stars if l could here ends my sermon
