Mrs. Z Shopping for a specific type of jewelry and was greeted and helped by office staff assisting floor cashiers. Both were very helpful and offered suggestions when, thinking about the great sale promotions that day, I remembered I also needed to purchase a gift soon. Cashiers are available just difficult to find upstairs…and I prefer to pay for my under garments in the ladies section, not in men’s clothing. If I wanted that type of experience I could go to TJMa**.

John Pena Chas at Men’s Wearhouse was outstanding. I came in right before closing, and he was still incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He measured everything perfectly and made sure my fit was just right. On top of that, he pressed my shirt on the spot so I could make it to a wedding on time. Truly above-and-beyond service I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend asking for Chas if you visit!

Cris Martin I came into JCPENNY totally upset because I forgot my bathing suit and we were going on an 8 night cruise out of Tampa. As soon as I walked in I saw Sophia. She smiled and asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes, please tell me you have bathing suits. She said yes, I could of cried, and she directed me to where I could find them. I found the perfect bathing suit in my size and walked to the counter to pay for it with tears in my eyes. I told her she saved my entire vacation. I was so happy and she was so nice. I was very disappointed when I went online to do the survey because the access code is only good for 7 days. Like I said we went on an 8 night cruise. I would just like to say to Sophia, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I had a wonderful vacation laying out in the sun in my new bathing suit. I so appreciate her and her help. Shawn Davis I was in there today and met the.most delightful, helpful and by far the best asset to the entire jewelry department JANET! I have had some issues recently with the Fine Jewelry manager and assistant manager but Lisa the store manger was absolutely helpful in remedying those issues. We can shop anywhere for jewelry, and while I vowed to never return here, JANET completely restored my faith in retail customer service. I needed to get a link adjustment on a watch I bought for a gift, was even going to return it and buy it elsewhere, but I didnt. JANET was just the best. I bought another watch from her as well today because of her demeanor and APPROACH! PLEASE MANAGEMENT TAKE CARE OF THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO ACTUALLY CARE AND SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
