Anna M. Had some technical issues with returning an online order so I went into the store to try to fix it. The store associates and the manager were so kind and helpful; especially Sam! She was very patient and worked with customer service over the phone to fix the problem. While I waited, I browsed around; the store is very clean, displays are beautiful, and it seemed like all the other customers were having positive interactions with employees too. Kasey Lee Owner is very hard to work with and inconsiderate. We asked for assistance with a card that had been expired and were greeted with only a "sorry, we cant take it." Next time Id visit one of the boutiques down the street that are more welcoming and willing to work with their customers.
