2 /5 Hina M: I normally shop at Aritzia because it’s one of the few brands where I know I’m paying for both quality and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark. The service was disappointing from start to finish with the attentiveness, professionalism, and unfriendly attitude of stylists and managers.
There’s a reason Aritzia often brings management talent from Canada and you can immediately feel the difference in how customers are treated in stores with Canadian management running them versus U.S. management. When you’re spending at this level, the experience should match the price point. I truly hope this store reevaluates its training and leadership because the current standard doesn’t reflect the Aritzia brand I’ve come to love.
