4 /5 Seth Gilland: Nice store with good values. Hit and miss on inventory, but I suppose that is to be expected from a disciunt store. Friendly staff every time I visit.

1 /5 Mrs Box: Today Im able to take my time and look through the items find all the best deals and I thought I had found them. Having 5 Grandchildren can get quite exspensive this time of year. I go to checkout and the heavy set lady working the counter has already made a rude comment about what they have to put up with, Im the only one standing there and she is not happy so I asked for her to check the prices on a couple items that went scanning right on what I saw on the machine thats low on the counter so she turns her screen to me and Im a small person and for me it was high up, I tell her that I couldnt see that and she mentions that Im wearing glasses but with thyroid cancer and graves disease it really doesnt matter glasses or not. I had 5 lunchboxes all marked the same .74 cents and she tells me oh this is marked wrong I cant sell it to you for this, I explained that she sorta had to, right? She made me feel as if I had priced it myself. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she refused and the short lady with dark hair told me no as well. The big gal proceeded to say oh I said you can have it for that price once she realized I wasnt dealing with her anymore and she proceeded to lie and tell me she didnt care.. then she began to l say nobody hears what your saying your crazy. I will admit I lost my cooll told her a couple choice phrases I probably should not have but being called crazy for not knowing simple math is just ridiculous. She looked at me and said now youll never get it. I will never go to this store again. Im contacting corporate and once they see them years ( since they opened) and rewards Ive earned and spent then maybe they will hire better trained courteous people. Im unable to do all I need to and dont spend time with my grandchildren like I did this time last year, this day was special my husband gave me splurge money and I had 200 or more bucks worth of grandbaby deals I had to leave. 4 /5 Sherlonda Anderson: My hubby and I love coming here to find cute home decor items... Especially on Friday when we receive 15 % off. Over the years, Ive bought more items then I can list. The picture shows a few items (pictures on wall) that Ive purchased that contributed to my spa area.

1 /5 Rebecca Dillahay: I went to the north Lakeland / us hwy 98 north location to buy some luggage. The one I chose was advertised as a “collection”. I get up to the register and PAY for it so at this point it’s technically mine. The manager walks over and says she needs to check it. I’m like okay?? … when she starts pulling it apart and taking the smaller ones out of it and proceeds to tell me they are not included and “someone forgot to remove them when putting them on the floor”. I was really confused at this because they were inside the one I bought and did not have any price tags on them. Is this normal practice? I honestly feel like I should return this item because looking back she basically stole from me! I mean I had already check out, used my coupons etc Or I feel this could have been handled in a more professional way. She literally was throwing them on the floor. This was my first time buying luggage so unsure if it’s normal or what but this experience put me off

2 /5 john garcia: This store has a great selection. We decided to make a quick stop here before heading home. The staff this evening though was very unprofessional. From not being greeted by the employee standing at the door or the staff members telling us to go to the front to cash out because they close in 20 minutes. We were shopping/looking around in the back of the store where the dog products are. The employee came to us and said that we needed to go to the front and check out because they close in 20 minutes. Then she got on herWalkie-Talkie and stated “it’s all clear back here”. That is bad customer service. I just wanted to find some quick items and be on my way. Instead I chose not to purchase anything from here today.
