Pam Greenfield Today, I was very impressed with the selection and different styles that the store has to offer. I bought an organic black t shirt for work for 9 bucks and recycled zinc double heart earrings for 7 bucks. Budget friendly. This makes me want to shop at H&M more in the future.

beautiibbyx3 I’m from out of town (Pa) I came up for a family visit and stopped into tj max for some things I forgot! The cashier justene sanchez was just the most amazing person I’ve met here so far. She helped me with a great big smile and was so pleasant to talk to. She even gave me some directions I needed and told me about some things I can do with my kiddos while I’m out here. All in all very wonderful cashier.! Keep up the amazing work

Pete Gomenis Lower prices here than its competitors Z***. The clothing quality has deteriorated though since the past

sadfsfd sfdfsfd I find this store has always had really good selection. However a lot of the cashiers are rude, they don’t talk at all other than to scream “NEXT, NEXT, NEXT” and push you along. They also act like they have an attitude and are very impersonal. No greeting, no thank you just “take your receipt NEXT..,” They also often have long lines with people just standing up there doing nothing. Also Ross shouldn’t force their employees to say an annoyed and rushed “welcome” to everyone who comes in the door while trying to do everything else. A lot of this has to do with Ross’ corporate management though, they just don’t run a front end as well as the others. Marshall’s usually has more people working up front and they actually greet and thank the customer and make them feel welcome, at Ross they just yell at you and say NEXT!

Overall, shopping here was convenient and enjoyable. With great organization, helpful staff, and well-made clothing at fair prices, Old Navy remains one of my go-to stores for everyday wear.
