Adriel It’s honestly a great place, many good quality clothing and accessories for good prices. I’ve always had good visits here, however my last visit wasn’t as great. Not sure if they were short staffed but in the second floor, there seem to be just 1 employee, and it was a little busy. I waited in the checkout area for about 5 minutes but no one was there or showed up, so I just decided to go down stairs were it was mostly empty and were most of the employees were, I got checked out almost right away. Despite that, I’ve always had good experiences here, with very friendly staff and great customer service!

Maurissa Bennett 10/10 customer service today. All of the staff was friendly per usual. The Sonoma bath collection was marked at buy one get one half off. At checkout they were only ringing up at the on sale price. The store manager honored the BOGO sale displayed. The cashier Sandra was patient, and transparent marking down each individual item. Helping to make my transaction smooth. I came in on a budget, so have an ideal of what I’d be spending and it being more would not have been feasible. Thank you Kohls for honoring the prices we see as customers!

Khristia Piacente Very good experience. I asked for help picking an outfit that I selected online but couldnt find in the store. The team member walked me through the process of finding how to see if its available in store or online as well as helping me locate my new member discount. They werent impatient at my confusions and had compassion for me as simple things get me anxiety. Amazing, and super clean.

Stacey Lowden I got Karl Lagerfeld luggage a few years ago at Dillards. Got it for a Caribbean cruise. It was perfect for me. I just booked a cruise to Alaska, 2 days later Im in the Tjmax and they have the matching sweater. I was so happy!!!

Maryia “EM” Hernandez Rainbow always has the deals. You can never go wrong with just about any outfit you have in mind when shopping here.. besides business professional attire, it may be hard to come across. But this is definitely a fun store and priced well!
