5 /5 Janet Stiles: Went here for more makeup and a little early school shopping. I love the Clinique Foundation and face creams. This is the only store in the area that I have found that sells Clinique. I also like to take advantage of their promotions and free products. Usually, every month, Clinique offers sample size products in a nice tote for purchasing an item $36 or more. However, you do have to wait to get products at the beginning of each month. So if you run out of your makeup, you wont be able to get credit toward promotion as you cant have purchase until pickup on the 1st. So I try to make sure I give myself plenty of time to take advantage of the deals.
Customer service here was great. The lady who assisted me was very helpful. I forgot which foundation color I needed, and she went ahead and color matched me to make sure I went home with the right product. Plus, I also purchased some face cream, which I used for the promotion, and will pick up at the 1st of the month. I am always so pleased with the service I receive from the ladies at this department store.
I enjoy Belks for many reasons. They carry my makeup, of course, and for their wide selection of products, cloths, houseware, and bedding and that they have a post office located inside this store. As well as bathrooms right by the post office in home goods. I never leave this store empty-handed. When items are marked down, they are marked down to sell. They always have a good selection of clearance items. I am always pleased with the service I receive here and enjoy shopping at this location. It is rarely busy, which is a bonus.
