1 /5 Aubree Morgan: there was a young blonde girl working at the time and me, my daughter and my mother-in-law we’re trying to purchase items, but she was trying on merchandise and filming videos of herself dancing. and after we finally got her attention after 10 minutes of her trying on buckle merchandise and making videos of herself dancing she was being very disrespectful and talking down on buckles merchandise saying we should go across the street to American Eagle. After I got home, I made my daughter try to find her on this app called TikTok because she said she used to go to school with her and knew her name. I’m pretty sure she went by the name Alexis, but then we saw multiple TikTok’s of her being very disruptive in the store. and talking about personal sales. I find this private information and disrespectful to the manager me my daughter, and my mother-in-law.

1 /5 Del Collins: Went in to grab a few items for my upcoming trip upon entering no one came to greet us. We were in there for 10-15 minutes before we had to go and grab a customer service person. While the other customer service worker was still having conversations with others next to us. I then asked the lady that came over about some specific colors of shirts that I was looking for she stated that all of the shirts that I was looking for was on top of the display because they were going to be changing around the displays later. Never offered any help. I then yelled for her again and asked her about a few other items she then went to the computer found 5 shirts & told me that’s all they had. My reasoning on writing this review is because I never had experienced any issues with this place not any time I came in here. I just feel like the focus was not in sales but more of hanging out with others. That left right after conversation. So now I have to go to Orlando to go shop because the customer service was trash at Tanger today.

1 /5 Kali Chadwell: My issues are with the jeans not the employees… mostly. The first pair of jeans l got have four separate rips at the top. Big rips too. They were 80 dollars. JEANS THAT ARE THAT EXPENSIVE SHOULD NOT RIP IN ONE YEAR OF USE.

1 /5 Kal Chadwell: Now for the second pair. There were just rips where the top of the pockets are sewn. They are beautiful jeans but again spending 80 dollar on jeans that rip like that is diabolical. It is not user error if this brand in my collection is the only one ripping so weirdly. The quality is just non existent. I am also even more upset because this is the only brand that carries my length because l have long legs. Do better.

5 /5 CK Norris: Honestly shocking to still get this level of service now days. I felt like I was a millionaire in a high end store. Josh was super nice and helpful. Gave him an idea of what I liked and he just started bringing me choices. Then when they didnt have my size we ordered it. Keep doing what you are doing!
