1 /5 Jett Mozie Jr: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Unhelpful and Unfriendly Experience with Sherry at Burlington I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with Sherry, the night shift lead at Burlington, was just awful. I came in to exchange a pair of pillows that didn’t work out — nothing major — and she flat-out refused to help because I didn’t still have the clear plastic film they were wrapped in. I’m sorry, but who actually keeps that? It’s packaging, not a keepsake. Instead of offering any kind of solution or even trying to understand, she acted completely unaccommodating and cold. Her attitude screamed “I don’t care,” and her energy matched it. The whole experience left a sour taste — I’ve had better treatment at the DMV. Honestly, Burlington should remind Sherry that customer service isn’t just about ringing people up, it’s about treating them like human beings. Maybe next time she could bring a little warmth and empathy to her shift, because this was a pillow exchange, not a high-stakes negotiation.

1 /5 Brett: Today I went to two different Burlington coat factories. The first and Seminole which was an enjoyable experience. The second was this one in St Pete by Tyrone Mall. The first store felt like a welcoming store a place I was happy to spend my money if they had what I was looking for. This one felt like a criminal just by walking in the door. When you first walk in you agree it with a loss prevention officer in a police style vest. The store is not nearly as well maintained as the other one. Overall just a bad experience. Unless you want to feel like a criminal just by walking into the store I suggest going to the one in Seminole or ordering on Amazon. This didnt really feel like a place I wanted to spend my money

4 /5 Dahni Wily: Filled with people. Christmas week. Cashiers were as quick as can be and friendly. Had what we were looking for. Came home to find a hole on my outfit. Am hoping to get it refund in my home state.

5 /5 Ty Dailey: I swear Burlington is a win every time! Its my 1st stop for most things I need. Clean, well organized, good size dressing rooms. Fully staffed with 4 check out lanes open on a Tuesday morning!
