GMORZ LLC We made the mistake of trusting Apolonia Boutique by extending them credit on an order totaling $2,637.11. It’s been over three years, and despite numerous calls and emails, they have completely ignored all communication. When one of our agents personally visited their store to attempt to resolve the matter, they treated her with shocking disrespect and rudeness. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and their refusal to settle the outstanding balance is appalling. We strongly advise anyone against doing business with Apolonia Boutique. They are dishonest and lack any integrity in their dealings.

Leslie Gortemoller I love shopping at OOTB! When you are there, you feel like family! My daughter, who is 18 with special needs, feels so loved when she is there. Everyone always makes it a priority to help her find just what she needs. We are so blessed to have this wonderful shop in our community!

EP Worst experience today at this store around 2 PM in the afternoon only one cashier working and about 20 people waiting in the line. Tried calling the store to speak with a manager and no one would answer the phone.

Kristi Klein Ive purposely never gone into this store until just last week because I knew I would love it and I was absolutely right! I didnt really need anything but walked out with 4 new dresses! The selection of clothing is AMAZING and theres really something for everyone. The ladies were so helpful and friendly. I cant wait to go back!

Carol Scheckler I purchased a giacom cotton shirt and a jacket, have had them 3 years and still very pleased with them. Would love to get another shirt. Lady then was very helpful. Wish I could order on line. Need to make a trip back.
