1 /5 Veronica Alexandra: I was at Burlington today to purchase an item. A box was damaged and I asked the cashier if there was anything she could do since the package was damaged. It was the only one left the cashier went to ask the manager EMELY So disappointed she dismissed the question and didn’t even acknowledge the item she just said there’s nothing that could be done… No customer service and a dismissive attitude

1 /5 Diontre Peters: Whoever Tina is ruined my whole day, I watched this women throw an attitude at a customer, and then she starting getting slick with a trainee. She has 0 professional behavior, if she losing her cool this easily she shouldn’t be working customer service.

5 /5 Carla Arndt: Burlington always has great prices and lots of inventory. We were able to find what we needed, plus a little extra. Great staff, they were attentive to our needs.

5 /5 monique weeks: I love going into Burlington and being able to find things that I love like oils for my hair, makeup along with lashes, shoes, purses jewelry and clothes. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
