I’ve worked in many different industries, some customer centric, and some product centric and let me tell you this was not only a flawless experience but also, it has turned me into a lifelong customer. When I first started my business I needed shirts made I went to another local business who does graphic design and printing shirts, and let me tell you that was Awful so naturally, I turned to the Internet And got all my first shirts printed without getting to actually touch the material wear the shirts or see what the finished product Would look like.. They weren’t great, but they got the job done for a few months I’ve always seen campus outfitters, but didn’t know much about them and something kept nagging me And at least ask since my last Experience with a local shirt Didn’t go so good my Expectations were low. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and Rick, who took care of me Was outstanding! He really walked me through the process, and What I needed! He made an excellent recommendation on the style and fabric of the shirt and then he took a look at my logo and even recolored it for me and did color matches so I could pick pretty much any color shirt that I wanted. I really wanna sing this guys praises because the final product looked better than I originally imagined. They gave me a quote when it would be ready and even set expectations in case of a snag when it would be . I’m happy to know that I never need to look or take my business elsewhere. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you want excellent customer service, excellent product, fairly priced products and a seamless experience come to Campus Outfitters! Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in the creation process - I know it’s just shirts but man seeing my logo and brand in such an elegant and professional way just makes me smile man!

5 /5 Steve J: Rick (owner) went above and beyond with his customer service: when a minor clerical error (incorrect shirt sizes) left me without a few of the shirts I needed for my trip out of town…Rick put a rush order in and got me the correct shirts within a few days. I asked him if he could hold the “incorrect “ shirts as I might purchase them later when the time was right for me to buy. When I was ready to buy them, he gave me a sizable discount. He didn’t need to do any of that. But he didn’t have to be asked to do it…he offered. Customer service like that is rare and it’s worth it 100% these days.

5 /5 Taryn R: Needed embroidery on some school uniform shirts, they did an amazing job, even took less time than I was quoted. While I was dropping them off, I ended up choosing 2 jackets to have them put a name & logo on as well. The staff was all so friendly & helpful, will definitely be using them from now on.
