The craftsmanship and attention to detail are flawless—my rings look brand new, even better than when I first got them. They handled everything with such care and treated my jewelry as if it were their own. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding—kind, professional, and efficient. I’m so grateful to have found a jeweler I can truly trust with something so meaningful. Highly recommend to anyone in need of jewelry repairs or looking for a trusted jeweler!

5 /5 Wendy Coody: Wonderful staff, amazing group at Chastain Jewelers! I had a mix up with Pandora brackets. Went in and spoke to Brad, he handled everything and was so kind! He passed me off to a young lady that finished up with me. She was absolutely amazing! The customer service was outstanding, they are always so kind and professional! My family has been buying pandora from them for years and will continue. If you need something special for someone, need a new piece of pandora or need jewelry repaired…… they are amazing!!

5 /5 Tawnya Buster: My Mom needed a necklace mended for my Dad as part of their 50th wedding anniversary. Mom called first to ensure they was on site repair (which there is!) and so she took off with the broken necklace. She was initially told it would be 2-3 weeks for the repair. She told the jeweler about her plan to surprise my Dad with it for their anniversary and she needed it much quicker than that. They were happy to accomadate her needs and the necklace is now repaired and ready to surprise my Dad! Thank you so much Chastain Jewelers!!!
