5 /5 Todd Hanning: This place is so fresh! Style you don’t find outside the big cities. Prices are surprisingly reasonable and the selection is amazing. So much style. And Bridgett is absolutely fabulous! A definite must stop in St Augustine.

5 /5 jacquelyn long: I have been to this store many times the last 8 years. I love going there and always get to see Lindsey. She is so wonderful and helpful when you go into this store. She does not stalk you while you are shopping but she is always available if you have a question or need another size. She is great at letting you know how something looks on you. She is always happy and kind. If this was my business I would live her as my employee. She always goes the extra mile. If she does not have your size, she will call their other store and try to get it for you. I love this store and Lindsey!

1 /5 Briana DiNardi: I have NEVER in my life been so appalled with a store in my life. I have to say that I love this store ! I’m come in there constantly to buy lateen bathing suits which are not cheap…. But I loved the store and it had become a tradition for my father to buy me a set from here anytime he would visit me. Today, I came in with my boyfriend on two separate occasions. The first time was to look for a bathing suit for me… and he found some linen pants he liked. We returned later to try the linen pants on. This store has great quality clothes, therefore more pricey! Which has never been a problem for me ! As my boyfriend was in the changing room, she rudely approached me to ask if someone was in there. I responded so kindly I mean it was insane. I told her he was in there trying some pants on to which she rashly and rudely responded that we should have told her and that you don’t just go into a dressing room without letting her know who and what. Although this felt targeted, I sincerely apologized and tried to tell her they were just linen pants before she cut me off AGAIN to tell me I should have told her. I stood there shocked and just apologized. I’ve been into this store too many times to count and have NEVER been approached to ask who I was and what I was taking into the dressing room…. Which keep in mind was always and 80 dollar bathing suit top and the matching 80 dollar bottoms… but was never a problem for me! Maybe it’s because I was there with my father. To her, my boyfriend and I didn’t look like we could afford some linen pants from her. I told my boyfriend to get out of the dressing room and that we would not be purchasing anything from them. I kindly asked for her name before we left and she rudely responded I’m not giving it to you. The woman was short and blonde and was actually usually the woman I would see when I purchased my suits. I told her the way she handled that was rude and uncalled for as I had apologized for not letting her know that my boyfriend was trying on pants. I left that store shaking of just sadness and stress. She looked at us and told us well I don’t know if you’re going to steal…. And I knew this was immediately a targeted attack from a white woman who didn’t think we looked like we could afford anything from them. I would like the owner to reach out to me as soon as possible to get this sorted out. A customer should never be treated like that EVER.

1 /5 Hannah Gregory: The blonde lady up front was the rudest person I have ever seen at a store. We didn’t even get fully into the store when she YELLED at us for not saying hello. We had a toddler with us we were watching and hadn’t seen her yet. Plus- every store I have been in the employee has said hello when I walk in and she didn’t say hello either. Just yelled at us for not saying hello as soon as we walked in. We walked right back out. My younger sister wanted to leave the whole city because she was worried everyone in St Augustine was going to yell at her like she did. I’m honestly shocked at how rude she was.

5 /5 Elise Eubanks: I would love to share what an awesome shop that is Cotton World in St Augustine. Their product is high quality and worth every penny. Bridget and Temur are exceptional sales people, very knowledgeable and professional. Bridget has an eye to put together beautiful outfits that one would not see. The store is always spotless. I recommend this business as a must stop and shop place in St Augustine.
