1 /5 Jathynia Garcia: Bought a skirt 2 days ago- & when i got home I noticed it had a tear and had a dot stained - came back to exchange it and they didn’t have my size so I asked to refund it. Store has a no refund policy which I understand if you have enough inventory to exchange but they made no exceptions. Staff is untrained and had to call the owner who claims no refunds just store credit (i dont live here in the area) - then she states without the original tag - which i explained it was the last one when i bought it & guy had to look up a similar style to charge it- along with a hat that i also got for $55 which did not have a price either. Now im stuck with $180 purchase and a damaged product that they refuse to take back. Super unprofessional and will make sure to place a dispute on credit card so they are aware of this. STAY AWAY AND DONT BUY HERE. This is one of those places that are here for. Few months and then closes shop.

5 /5 Kaylee Williams: This review is specifically for Nambi who works at the Galleria Mall location- I just bought my silk wedding gown for my casual courthouse wedding coming up, and Nambi was so sweet and helpful! She recommended a solid silk dress that I ended up choosing, gave me ideas on different styles to try with that dress, and was so kind through the whole process. Highly suggest stopping in the store, their clothing is beautiful and unique and the customer service is awesome! A boho girls dream❤️

5 /5 Jack and Rileys Mom: Not really sure what the negative reviews are about, but I was there last week and the woman who was working was exceptionally nice and helpful. I went in because a pair of pants caught my eye as I was walking to Kendra Scott and detoured in. I told her I loved the maxi halter dresses but didnt think they were for my body type. She gave me one to try on and tied the back for me and she was right- it actually looked great. I not only bought the dress, too, I wore it out of the store. The style of clothes are casual and flowy with a boho kind of vibe, but not over the top. Very basic, and good pima cotton from Peru (I know this because the saleswoman was very helpful and chatty). I went online to Google the store to see if they had the same dress I bought but in blush pink in my size and saw these terrible reviews. I totally disagree. From the second I walked in and commented about the yummy smell in the store, she came right over and told me it was an Israeli laundry detergent scent and she stuck by me to help- but wasnt pushy at all. I had a great experience and love the clothes I bought.

5 /5 Raine H: I recently had the joyous experience of discovering this charming cotton clothing shop called Natural Cotton in Boca Raton which not only had the most fantastic selection of comfortable attire options, but provided the most heart-warming, sincere and genuine customer service. I had the honor of meeting and working with Roberta, who was so incredibly charming, helpful, knowledgeable and inspiring, I came back to the shop the next day for “Part 2” of my wardrobe expansion. Roberta’s personality was a BIG PART of that decision and because of her, I will continue to return in the future for additional items and guidance. (As well as telling all of my friends about her stellar service and this fantastic shop!) It’s just so refreshing to encounter such positively-spirited ambassadors in delightful spaces like Natural Cotton. Kudos goes out to the management team who scooped up amazing Roberta and made her part of the branding/experience. Count me as a loyal, long-term customer!

1 /5 S T: Carol was really rude and unprofessional. The prices weren’t stable. Upping prices on Chinese items. Nathan the owner and his mother switched prices like 3 times on items for sale.
