3 /5 YOANDRA BARRIENTOS: I think it is probably their policy or it is required by their administration but all DDS stores do the same rude thing of calling "NEXT!" when youre in line to pay when they are still attending a costumer at the register. It is supper disrespectful to the current one because no body needs to see your transaction record, card info or stand behind your shoulder while you havent finished yet. On the other hand the next person has to stand unattended kind of rushing the other person. If it is to give the impression that service is going faster let me tell you, reality is YOURE NOT!!!... it is rude and disrespectful!!.

Upon arrival, I found the store to be conveniently located with plenty of parking spaces, making it easy to access. The entrance was clean and well-marked, creating a welcoming first impression. Inside, the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. Despite being a discount store, the layout was thoughtful, with clearly labeled sections for different types of merchandise. The aisles were wide and tidy, making it easy to browse without feeling cramped or overwhelmed. The variety of products available was impressive. dds DISCOUNTS offers a wide range of items, from clothing and shoes to home goods and accessories. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection, especially given the affordable prices. It was clear that the store takes pride in offering good value without sacrificing quality. The staff at dds DISCOUNTS were friendly and helpful. As I browsed, I was approached by several employees who offered assistance and answered my questions. Their knowledge of the stores inventory and willingness to help made my shopping experience much smoother. One highlight of my visit was the incredible deals I found. I managed to purchase several items, including a stylish jacket, a pair of shoes, and some home decor, all at significantly lower prices than I had seen elsewhere. 4 /5 Edward James Benson: Dont expect the staff to be very friendly, because they are not. That said the location is well stocked, decently organized, and most isles are clear of obstacles. The floors are clean. Most of the merchandise is in the correct department, with very little items having been apparently left by customers in wrong spots. The prices are excellent on most products. The store does require a little hunt to find what you are looking for as the staff not acknowledge when you attempt to speak to them. Two separate employees looked back when I spoke to them only to look back at me say nothing and return to working on what they had been doing. No pleasant greeting for cashier, she didnt even speak my total, just looked at me as if expecting me to know how much to hand her. I would have appreciated better customer service. Outside of the staff the store was great and our shopping experience was decent. We found a number of ideas at great prices. A basket full under $60 made up for everything.
