It was out of stock but Brian, the Rapz Sales Manager, after some back and forth personal communication with me pulled a gorgeous bamboo wrap dress out of the fall collection and shipped it immediately. Wouldnt surprise me to hear that Brian went to the warehouse himself to get it. The dress is gorgeous, fits like a dream, and the customer service is unparalleled. Thank you Brian and all the folks at Rapz.
