Marwa, in particular, provided outstanding customer service—she is kind, knowledgeable, and a true assest with her warmth and skill. Unfortunately, my most recent experience during a return was disappointing. The associate assisting me, Jamie Sublett, came across as abrupt and somewhat dismissive throughout the entire interaction. The tone felt terse and lacked the warmth and helpfulness I’ve come to expect from MAC. I had to repeatedly ask for clarification and resolution, which made the process feel unnecessarily difficult. I truly value the MAC brand and would love to continue shopping at the counter. I hope the team receives additional training or support in delivering consistently friendly, patient, and solution-oriented service. Positive interactions and genuine smiles go a long way toward keeping longtime customers coming back.

She meticulously wrap them and not only that, she is the first one that gave me a small little gift. Usually when we go Christmas shopping for others, it gets exhausting and we always forget about ourselves. It’s so heartwarming to be remembered and got a little surprise at the end. 5 /5 Vanessa Santamaria: I love this store. And what I love the most is the staff, always so kind and ready to help. My favorite part is the skin care. There’s an awesome woman who named Norma. She works at Origins, she’s amazing, she does mini facials for free to promote all the products that Origins offers to people who want to take care of their skin. I’ve been under her care for the last 5 months and I’m amazed how the skin of my face has improved. I love the way Norma put the products on my face while she’s explaining what it does for. I have no wrinkles yet but I’ve noticed that my expression lines have changed to almost disappear. I recommend everyone to go to Origins and talk to Norma, she’s the best!!!

4 /5 Celita Morse: Pleasnly suprised being plus size I walked away with 2 formal dresses. The reason for the 4 stars is because the lack of employees on floor and having to go and search for someone was a little frustrating!
