Express - Shop FL (Near Fort Myers)

RichyG24k I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!

RVPeak Not a bad place to go shopping. I found a lot of good buys there and there were a lot of items on sale, but could not find something that really. It is in a great location with plenty of other shopping around it so if you don’t find what you like there, you find it close by.

Karla Mcknight Friendly atmosphere, & very helpful. If they dont have what youre looking for and they know where to find it they will let you know.. All of them are nice but Mr. Roy is wonderful. If you are ever in town stop by they may have something youd like. Love this place.

Katrina Thompson Emily was amazing. I haven’t been able to find what I wanted anywhere else but Emily got me fitted in pants, ordered and even applied for a credit card for me! In literal minutes. I couldn’t have been in the store more than 15 minutes and I spent nearly $75. And I feel GOOD about it too as I also saved nearly $20. That woman is so damn good at her job and I couldn’t appreciate her more for it. Thanks for making my Mother’s Day weekend Emily!

Sayed “Issac” Hashimi I give them 5 starts for the effort. My daughter stoped in for a blouse but did not find one. The staff members tried to help but did not find the right blouse.

Brie Baker Everyone in there is so nice. The store is always clean and I love their clothes. I had to return an item today and the process was so easy. Of course, I couldnt walk out of there empty handed so I guess in reality, it was an exchange instead of a return!
