Wakenda Shaw It was pretty nice visiting this store in Palakta. The young ladies were very nice and helpful. If I had any questions they were there to answer them. I will be back. And my boys enjoyed themselves picking out their own clothes at a store they never been to so we are definitely coming back.

Cira “Kiki” Arcaute I went there on a Friday looking for a specific pair of jeans. I asked one of the ladies (who I can only assume was the manager ) she stated they only sold those online. She was not helpful nor welcoming at all. She looked miserable to be truthful. I guess I walked in on her bad day. I will say the other young lady at the register was very sweet and helpful . Unfortunately I wont be back Id rather make my purchases online.

christopher breland One of the best areas I love to go to from time to time. The store is always clean. I just wish that Eric customer was able to try on clothes in Infinity room. For some reason theyre not allowing the fitting rooms to be used, which I understand people like to steal and shoplift which messes up the shopping experience. I really hope and pray they open those rooms up so we can try on clothes. But I was able to try on clothes while I was there but I had to use the aisle so no one would see me change my clothes which was very uncomfortable. But I did speak to The employees and asked them if I can try on clothes within the aisles and to let them know that Im trying on clothes and they were totally fine with it. Because I did not want to go all the way home just to try and on clothes not knowing if they were going to fit correctly. But this is one of my favorite stores I love to go to.

R Milam Ryleigh is the best she is awesome I cant say anything but amazing things about this young person. We came in for shoes and she personally helped all 4 of us above and beyond. Any investment in promotion in this young person would legitimately be an investment in the future of youre company. I will only buy shoes from here on out from her.

Cathy “Shorty C” The reason I love Catos I can go in there with no hassle. Find my size and if not I can order it online. I hate looking through clothes because at acertain size you get disappointed when youre hunting for something cant find anything I want in my size. I Love Catos!!!
