I came in looking for a simple black t-shirt, and he went above and beyond to help me find the right size and fit. I can be pretty picky, but Adrian stayed so positive, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. He even made me feel comfortable enough to step out of my comfort zone with clothes, which isn’t always easy for me as a plus-size woman. His friendly attitude and constant smile made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Because of Adrian, I’ll definitely be coming back to shop at this Express location!
