Bekah P This location is one of the cleanest and organized locations I have visited. Not as many items as some other locations might have but everything is in its place nice and neat. Staff is very friendly. Would visit again if in the area. A lot of other managers (not just Bealls managers) should take note that this is how their stores should operate.

Gerardo Westland Mall continues to be one of the most convenient and reliable shopping spots in Hialeah. The mall is clean, easy to navigate, and has a solid mix of stores—from clothing and shoes to electronics and quick-service food options. What stands out most is how fast and stress-free the shopping experience is; parking is simple, the staff at most stores are helpful, and it never feels overwhelming like the larger malls in the area. The food court has also improved, offering good variety for a quick bite. Security is visible, and overall the mall feels safe and family-friendly. Whether you’re running errands, picking up gifts, or just looking for a relaxing place to walk around, Westland Mall gets the job done. A dependable local mall that keeps getting better.

Lavar McDowell I cannot say enough about the customer service at State & Liberty. My experience started in the Tampa store when I needed a tuxedo for an event. From the moment I walked in, the team delivered a true custom experience. They took the time to get everything right and made the process easy and enjoyable. After purchase, I ran into a sizing issue right before I had to fly to Washington, DC for my event. This is where they absolutely separated themselves from every other brand out there. Stosh stepped in and was incredible. Proactive. Friendly. Communicative. He personally coordinated everything to ensure I had exactly what I needed on time. The DC store manager literally hand delivered the replacement to my hotel. Let that sink in. From the in store experience in Tampa, to the flawless coordination across states, to the corporate support behind the scenes, they went above and beyond at every step. That level of ownership and care is rare. Their service is better than Chick-fil-A and Disney and that is saying something. Customer for life.

Megan Davis Had a wonderful experience being a first time buyer here. I had SO many people recommending to come to this store, so my sister and I went and then did the guided meditation after their closing. I’ve got some really cool crystals and rocks!! The gentleman that worked there was extremely kind and helpful, I appreciate all his patience with me being such a newbie…. We are going back today (the next day!). So I highly recommend this neat shop and the kind people inside!!
