alex mcleod I love this store (and the brother store next door, John Craig). Whenever I have a special occasion or an event or just feel like buying something nice for myself, this is one of the first places I will go. The staff is extremely helpful for example, Parker, Kevin, or Daniela. They really take the time to help you pick out something nice that goes well together and will look good on you without trying to pressure you in buying something that they know you won’t love. The service is top-notch and makes the buying experience that much better. What I would really like to mention is how Daniela went absolutely above and beyond in helping me get ready for my wedding. Absolute white glove customer service and she helped me make sure every detail was perfect with multiple fittings and alterations done as needed, which were included in the price of my first custom tuxedo. The process is amazing and I would highly recommend it for anything that you think you might be keeping for a long time, such as a tux. They really do a fantastic job and are really passionate. They care about making sure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend.

Jennie Mayo I am a weirdo that is up all night and I sleep during the day. My dryer recently quit, so I found myself having to go to laundromat for first time in 20 years. It was 1 am and I was by myself so I was a little concerned with what it was going to be like, but I drove on over to chipley and went in and had an awesome experience. It was well lit, clean, had area with games and places to sit, a good bathroom, super working machines, and didnt cost nearly as much as I expected. I took $20 and came back with $13!! I mean I am so impressed that I get home and text my family what a great little place yall got over there! If there was ANYTHING at all I would change, its to maybe have a vending machine close by or in here for a drink or something. But, honestly, as is, its the best laundromat Ive ever been to.

Aliesea Smith Received some of the BEST customer service from Manager Cookie at this location. I’m already an Express super fan but Cookie made my experience very enjoyable. Also, I was impressed with the amount of inventory they had. Five stars all around.
