I stopped in one day to browse the clothes and ended up learning about their Pilates program — and I’m so glad I did. As a total beginner, I was a little nervous, but Holly was incredibly kind and encouraging, and the instructors are absolutely amazing. They made me feel welcome right away and truly part of the community. The small group setting is perfect because you get full attention, and they really take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and supported. I highly recommend everyone check this place out — especially if you’re new to Pilates and want to try it in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. I’m already looking forward to going back!

The space is compact, calming, and thoughtfully designed for city life, with low-touch recovery options that truly make a difference. The owner, Holly, is so warm and welcoming — she creates an amazing experience from the moment you walk in. My wife also goes there for mat Pilates and absolutely loves it. I really appreciate that the offerings rotate based on need and demand. Highly recommend this recovery lounge in Sarasota for recovery, Pilates, and overall wellness.
