5 /5 Elizabeth Spiegel: Frankie Miami is a great store with great customer service. I made an order online and accidentally put store pick up. They called me and asked me if I would prefer someone from their store hand deliver my order to me! I said sure. This is very convenient for me since I live all the way in the Gables and Frankie is in South Beach. The store employee came all the way from South Beach to deliver my clothes in the Gables! Frankie is truly one of the best boutiques in all of Miami, which is why I shop there having it be so far. It is truly worth the trip
