Anita Griffin About a month ago, I had the absolute PLEASURE of being taken care of by Cynthia. CATO is so very fortunate to have her as an employee- her communication, customer service and genuine compassion is so rare in today’s world. She was beyond attentive and offered suggestions, honest feedback on how things looked and styling advice I seriously needed! Because of her help and abilities, I spent a few hundred dollars more than I would have had I not had her expertise. Two CATOs stores that I used to frequent have both closed. I always loved CATOs and decided to drive out to the MetroWest store and I am so glad I did. I will be a regular shopper again and hope I am lucky enough to meet up with Cynthia.

Phoebe Fox The place was extremely organized and had a great petite selection! (They have a whole petite section). Shawntey brings a welcoming presence to the store and was super helpful with our exchange! This is our preferred Loft moving forward. (Sorry international lol)

Juan Mejia-Uribe Best shopping experience with my wife ever!!!….The customer service was amazing, Ms. Brenda & Ms Paula made my wife feel very welcomed and their expertise was on point!… they even have a a bench in the dressing room area, so your wife can model the clothes that she’s about to buy and I thought that was neat because I like shopping with my wife!!

Tyler Wills Went here with my family and my grandmother today, Saturday 14th ,2024 . Nice big large store . I was lucky to use my $5 .00 reward coupon . The young girl our cashier was very helpful!! I love shopping at American Eagle and Hollister!!
