I moved to Florida a few years ago and was searching for Black owned boutiques and happened to come across Pretty Pieces! I’ve been shopping online there every since and my overall experience has been GREAT! I love the clothes because they truly have some very pretty to absolutely gorgeous pieces for every(body) and are very reasonably priced! I always receive compliments whenever I wear an item from them. I haven’t had a bad experience with customer service. The ladies who hand you your items (if you’re picking up) are always a pleasure to talk with and greet you with kindness. Shipping has always been timely as well. I’ve had one (1) issue with something being too large and an exchange was made without a problem. Sizing can be tricky for certain items, but it’s always stated on the website if things are a tight, loose, true to size, stretches or junior fit, there is a size chart also, that’s what has helped me.
I’ll continue to support Pretty Pieces because their clothes always make me feel prettier! Thanks for that!
