1 /5 Camila roman: This was my first and definitely last time going to this store. I went on 9/28/25 for the new release shoes. I had called ahead to check if they had any available, and the lady who answered said yes, so I told her I was on my way and she said okay.
When I arrived, a nice gentleman asked if I needed help. I told him I was there for the new release shoes, and he went to ask the same lady about the shoes. She then said she would be handing them out at 11:45 AM. It was only 11:30, so I went to wait in my car.
A few minutes later, I saw people walking out with the exact shoes I had asked about. So I went back in at 11:40. The gentleman asked what size I needed and was about to get them, but the lady stopped him. She then came back with an attitude, saying the people getting the shoes had tickets something she NEVER mentioned on the phone or when I first asked in person. Then she told me I had to wait until 12:00 PM.
At that point, it felt like she just didn’t want to give me the shoes. I decided to leave, and as I was walking out, she kept saying she told me what time I could get them and that I “don’t listen.” Completely unprofessional and definitely not how you treat customers.
I do not recommend this store at all. Hopefully management does something about this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
