Cris Martin I came into JCPENNY totally upset because I forgot my bathing suit and we were going on an 8 night cruise out of Tampa. As soon as I walked in I saw Sophia. She smiled and asked if she could help me find anything. I said yes, please tell me you have bathing suits. She said yes, I could of cried, and she directed me to where I could find them. I found the perfect bathing suit in my size and walked to the counter to pay for it with tears in my eyes. I told her she saved my entire vacation. I was so happy and she was so nice. I was very disappointed when I went online to do the survey because the access code is only good for 7 days. Like I said we went on an 8 night cruise. I would just like to say to Sophia, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I had a wonderful vacation laying out in the sun in my new bathing suit. I so appreciate her and her help. nikita sanders Believe ALWAYS has what im looking for. I get my boots from Belk in particular and I like their selection of kids clothes. But their staff is rude and unfriendly. I passed 10 employees that I counted and only 1 of them was friendly and helpful. 1 was just helpful. The others were immersed in their conversations and werent helpful and ESPECIALLY unfriendly. When I went to check out she was very rude. I would have left my boots but where else can u get nice western boots for $58? The 3 stars are for the boots not the employees

Kathy This location has an employee named Linda who was very helpful and knowledgeable to me. She helped me with my return/purchase with kindness and patience. She is a great asset to your company.

michelle spencer There were two sales ladies in the store front. One was kind and helpful, and the other was rude and condescending. I was there with my mother, and when we left the store, we both made comments to each other about the same rude lady! Zero stars for the arrogant sales person and 4 stars for the sales person who rang up my purchases.
