Teresa Lea B Misty was incredibly jovial, kind, and determined to help us with our choices and options in purchasing shoes. She makes shopping experience in Tilly’s very peaceful. Marissa at the front desk was also very pleasant and checked in on how our experience was while shopping, also very nice indeed. We are very appreciative of the stress-free shopping experience and plan on returning in the future. This store has done a fantastic job of hiring individuals who care about the consumers experience.

Scott P. Neumann (Scottie) I just visited this particular store today & its been my first time in a Hot Topic in a really long time. As soon as I walked in Katie & another employee (I didnt get her name) greeted me & seemed legitimately happy to see me. They were very accommodating & asked if I needed help with anything. I immediately found a shirt I wanted, the stores layout is perfect. If I had more time on my visit I wouldve bought more but I was in a hurry. However I will definitely be returning as similar to FYE the quality merchandise was overwhelmingly awesome. From the selection of stuff at this store alone I could find gifts for everyone on my Birthday/Christmas list. The employees really seemed to connect with the customers, I saw a very enjoyable interaction with a repeat customer while I was there. Its nice the staff takes time to get to know their customers, they werent pushy or rabid for sales either. Overall this seems like such a great place, Ill totally shop here again

Ester Betz On February 8th, 2026, I visited the Belk Store on Avenue in Jacksonville, FL for the first time and had a delightful experience. The exceptional service provided by two sales associates made my visit truly memorable. Ms. Tien Givens and Fhyllis Wood , they both exhibited patience and a positive demeanor when interacting with customers, which was impressive. As I preparing for my trip to Europe in April, I was searching for a carry- on bag. Fhyllis took the time to understand my requirements and made every effort to ensure I found the ideal luggage.

Joshua Banks This Gap store had amazing deals! We got a ton of outfits for our daughter. My wife got a sweatshirt/pants outfit, I got a hoodie... Great prices and the service was great also. There was a different hoodie I wanted but they didnt have my size on the rack and someone (sorry should have caught her name) took the time to go check in the back for me. Unfortunately they didnt have it so I got a different one but regardless they were awesome

angela hunter Found a dress for my little sister. Shes tiny so its hard to find things that fit, that arent childish. The sales lady was awesome! She first asked why I was looking at a dress that obviously wasnt going to fit me, then helped me find the perfect gift that would fit. Great lady, wish I could remember her name, she was so helpful.
