1 /5 M.A. M.M.: My husband does a lot of shopping at Tommy Bahama. We received a $100.00 gift card from them to put towards another purchase at any one of their stores on our next shopping date. When we went to use it at this location, the guy said...oh sorry, we dont accept that gift card here. We had hundreds of dollars in clothing we were going to purchase. Because you do not honor your gift cards we put all the clothing down and walk out. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1 /5 Geoffrey Beitner: An amazing store with amazing product lines. And even more impressive is the lady wi t h the red dyed hair who I presume to be the manager. She was very professional, informative, and especially helpful during my visit. However, much of her time seemed to be focused on other employees who did not project a professional image and strangely enough didnt speak English. Therefore the manager was faced with doing the jobs of everyone. As a customer I found this to be an inconvenience in trying to navigate a the store. So , I along with other customers had to gravitat to her( I think her name was Diana) while other employees simply stood around. Having owned and operated my own businesses I found this to be inappropriate for customers and especially stressful for Diana. Perhaps a n improvement opportunity lies in the selection of employees, as well as oversight and training. Ms Diana is the best asset you have in the store- she needs help by selecting qualified workers.

1 /5 Sharon Rose: I purchased a short sundress at the cost of $138 and when I got back to my cabin on the ship my receipt says I paid $154. I have tried calling the phone number listed and the one phone number does not work. The other phone number just keeps ringing. I tried to email address and it says suspended, I cannot get a hold of this place to get the refund of the overcharge. sharonb813/hotmail

1 /5 Henry Verkamp: Knock off Tommy banana products. A lady who works there followed me around the whole time I was looking around. She made me feel very uncomfortable. They also at all more stuff than Tommy bahama. It is not a real Tommy Bahama store either. Dont go to this store.
