I dont understand how someone with such terrible customer service works here. We will not return to this store...

5 /5 Jaimie Saldana: The associates here were very nice & helpful! It was my first time shopping for jeans since I lost my pregnancy weight, they went out of their way to help! And their jeans are great material too. Definitely will be back!

1 /5 Fred Smith: 10 Minutes late opening the store. Saw 3 people try to get in after me. Had to walk to back of store to find the guy. Told me Levi’s doesn’t mislabel sizes. I bought 3 pairs of 501 @ $89 last week. But only tried on the blue pair. The black pair was too tight when I got home. I tried to stretch’em out. Wore and cold washed once. The 2 pairs of blue great. The black pair worse. I took them back. Mr. Half Mask, I like a line at the counter fist thing in the morning, said he could not take them cuz I took off the tags and wore them once. I said exactly, I tried to get a little stretch. They are defective. You can’t put them back on the shelf. They are the wrong size. I just want to exchange for a black pair of 32s that are not actually 30s. Mark them defective and give me a good pair for my $89. How much is a Levi’s outlet at the Town Center worth? Somebody ain’t minding the store if this is who’s in charge.

5 /5 Shane W. Chapin: We have been waiting for this store to open and it was well worth it! Such a nice layout and store front that makes the shopping experience very easy. Just the right amount of items and displays that allow the customer to quickly identify where items are located and pricing. What a great addition to an already fantastic mall!
