1 /5 Trini Dianne: I had an absolutely terrible experience due to the store manager, Allbani. There were over 10 customers waiting in line, and instead of stepping in to help her employee check people out, she loudly stated that she would not help and would continue “playing in the back” rather than assisting customers. Apparently, our time wasn’t valuable and we were just expected to stand there and wait. What made the situation even worse was her behavior afterward. She was rude, loud, and completely unprofessional—speaking about my request in Spanish and cursing about me, seemingly assuming that no one around her would understand. That alone shows a complete lack of respect for customers. In this economy, it’s unbelievable that a store manager would think it’s acceptable to yell, curse about a customer, and refuse to help during a rush—and still keep their job. Customer service was nonexistent, and management was the biggest problem. I will not be returning unless there is serious accountability and change.

1 /5 Jamie Corinthian: After reading other reviews it seems like they purposely let people buy 2 of the same item (they were stuck together) because they don’t any kind of refunds other than store credit. I mentioned to the lady it would’ve been nice if you gave me a heads up and she says I don’t need to tell you anything. Horrible customer service. You never know what someone may be going through to realize it’s 2 of the same item stuck together. A simple sorry would’ve been sufficient but she was rude.

1 /5 Kero G: Fabienne J is so nice I hope she always stays the same. Her customer service is top tier! On the other hand, the lady named Anesi (or Anesis) is rude as hell, like she has no customer service skills at all. I come to this store all the time, and she’s always rude, just like some of the others except for Fabienne.

1 /5 Samantha: If you’re in the market for rude customer service and the thrill of seeing your debit card charged twice, congratulations—you’ve found the right place. They won’t just ignore you; they’ll actively make you regret asking for help.

1 /5 Alicia Francis: I went into the store and bought a pair of shoes. Didn’t realize that the size was wrong. Literally walked out of store and came back into the store two minutes later to return them. They refuse to return the item. The shoes were final even thought she saw me turn around and walk back in. They never even told me the shoes were final. Then as I am speaking to her she tosses my stuff to the side to deal with another customer. I said you should be able to make accommodations because you literally saw me walk right in and walk right back out . More attitude was given, and the answer was simply there’s nothing they can do and as a manager, I know that is a lie . Once the cashier started laughing I asked for the manager on duty, they laughed in my face, walked away and said call corporate. This is not the first time I’ve seen people have issues while I’m at this store. So then I wanted to return everything else that is not Clearance and they said that I cannot get my money back. It’s store credit. Reminding you, I literally walked out and walked right back into the store. And the manager on duty lied and said that there was no manager on duty. This is how they treat their customers on a daily basis, and since they have no true management because they’re all friends, they get away with it every single time.
