Marshalls - (Near Daytona Beach, FL)

3 /5 Shirley Dacenzo: The store is okay but I dont frequent it that much for the simple fact is the aisles are too close together theres not enough room to walk through the aisle and I have a lot of health issues and I need some room when I walk and look at clothing. If you could space them out a little bit more so youll be able to get the shopping cart through them it would be nice and much appreciated.. it just feels like everythings jammed together.

2 /5 Megan Smither: Outstandingly rude workers! We were literally in the next aisle and a lamp fell off a shelf. We were nowhere near it. I was nice enough to go find a worker and one of them told my mom, “well I guess it just jumped off the shelf at ya then.” Insinuating that we had broken it and were lying about it. Number one Marshalls has insurance. Number two it’s not okay to treat paying customers like that. If you are going to work in customer service you should learn to be nice to people. Some customer service training would go a long way with this store. I bought some things but I am so irritated with the whole situation I probably won’t go back anytime soon.

1 /5 Susie Lehart: I came to Marshalls yesterday evening to get some jackets. The line was super long so this other customer asked the manger if additional help could be provided to move the line along. The manger had a really bad attitude then proceeded to throw a box down. She also appeared to have problems with other customers. I wont be returning due to the lack of customer service.

1 /5 H G: My review is solely for the young black manager with the two buns in her hair berating her elderly fitting room associate. How dare you speak to someone that way, let alone an elderly woman. Brought her to near tears because that manager was so disrespectful and cruel. I heard every word of be exchange and actually went over to say something but it was over with. I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint. I understand the manager has a lot on her plate but the way she spoke to her associate was unacceptable.
