5 /5 Ashley Jones: I love the feel of being able to go into a store and shop while trying on the clothes. It almost felt a little nostalgic in this day. The lady at the fitting room was very friendly and helped me decide on a jacket. The cashier was also very friendly and made light conversation about my shirt.

5 /5 Sierra Moore: Yesterday I brought my mom with me when we were trying to kill some time before an appointment. Immediately we said… we have to come back tomorrow! Today it ended up being just me, but I have to say this is the nicest Marshall’s I’ve ever been to! The whole store is organized, prices are fair, certain things to be expected though: not a lot of options for men, most furniture is overpriced. I did see a decent amount of Polo Ralph Lauren in men’s clearance though which was cool. I was particularly impressed by the skin/body/haircare product selection and kitchenware! If you go into it knowing it’s more of a treasure hunt and you might not always find what you are looking for, but maybe you might find something you really love that maybe you weren’t looking for… this is the place to go. Of course they have the fun decor and knick-knacks, but also a fair amount of practical things that I might take a closer look at the next time I go. The staff keeps this place well-stocked without it feeling overcluttered. Fitting rooms and restroom were clean, staff has been very friendly. I was able to find a lot of what I needed today at a fair price. I don’t always enjoy shopping in person because of my anxiety, but I honestly had a really enjoyable and peaceful time just perusing the whole store today. For a discount store such as Marshall’s, I was blown away, as this is often not the case. This is also situated in a good part of town with some nice restaurants nearby. I am seeing a girl’s day in my future… and we WILL be hitting up the Chili’s of course.

5 /5 Kay: Okay so like… Marshalls? LOW-KEY A VIBE. The staff there is sooo friendly it’s actually wild — like they talk to you like you’re already besties. And the stuff they sell?? RADDDDD. I’m talking cute, random, unexpected treasures

5 /5 Desirée S: This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a retail store. I will go as far as to say, "it was life changing". Never before have I had to purchase a set of professional clothing, but I needed to prepare for a very important interview. I came in distraught and feeling hopeless after attempting to find an outfit in 2 other stores. I went to the front desk to explain my bleak situation. Troy was there and told me "not to worry" and that "his manager was perfect for this sort of thing and would most definitely be able to help." He called Carrie over, she came promptly, inquired about my concerns with genuine interest, and immediately proceeded to help me. Carrie was patient, kind, and understanding of my predicament. She brought me different combos of clothes to the dressing room and my confidence grew more each time. She managed to give me her attention while somehow also fulfilling her other job requirements. A super woman. I cant thank her and her wonderful staff Troy and Cici for their support on this stressful day. Their truly kind nature turned my day around completely. Quite frankly, the entire crew working here is one of a kind. Ive never before had, such a positively genuine shopping experience in my life.
