5 /5 Flora Kim: I dropped in to find my wedding fragrance and couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service I experienced in the store. By far it’s been the best shopping experience I’ve ever had— period. My friend and I were helped by Jeremy and Gabriel and really can’t recommend you come by to see them enough. They are both so knowledgeable on the fragrances in the store and you can tell that they have a true passion for what they do. Not only was I able to find my wedding scent but they have set the standard for how every shopping experience should feel for customers. After they helped me find my scent, they also showed a variety of others that intrigued us and gave us a ton of samples of the ones we liked to take home. They truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to see them for any fragrances I purchase in the future. I have already recommended all my family and friends to go pay them a visit.

5 /5 Kim Jackson: I was looking for a lipgloss that Dior has. I was unable to find it at other locations. When I came into Neiman Marcus and asked the lady at the Dior counter, they did not have it either. I was really excited to hear that I could get it the next day by placing an order in store. I was very pleased to receive the item the very next day. The sales associate was very kind and helped me with the entire process and also gave me samples to try. I was so happy to finally get what I was looking for.

5 /5 Nicholas Potnis: The staff at this location is so helpful and kind. Everyone seems to walk around with a smile on their face. Its uplifting and provides a great experience. I purchased several pairs of CL shoes from Debra. She was so sweet and told me that she has been working there for either 17 or 14 year. Having someone employed for that long in todays world is getting more and more rare. That must mean that Neiman Marcus is doing something right by her and that she loves the culture there. You can tell there is a good culture! I will be shopping there exclusively now.

I needed wedding shoes and when I ordered from the Rene Caovilla website they didn’t say the shoes would run so small so when they came in right before my wedding they didn’t fit. Amber went above and beyond to make sure my order got to me on time and it means a lot! Thank you so much Amber!!
