5 /5 Michael Belo: I wanted to share how helpful Andre in the women’s shoe department was today. We had a pair of Tory Burch sanders purchased from Nordstroms a few years ago and one of the straps broke. Andre let us know that usually that wouldn’t covered under the warranty/exchange policy but said he was going to make an exception and did a full exchange for us as a loyal customer. Stories like these are what makes a store like Nordstroms an amazing place to shop. Thanks Andre

Never thought I would have so many different sneakers and great fitting jeans. And the Mens fragrance Department is perfectly worth the visit. Bought names and scents that people comment on.
