1 /5 Riri Riri: As a retail store manager myself, I was genuinely surprised by the lack of professionalism displayed during my visit. Upon entering the store, none of the managers acknowledged our presence—they were preoccupied with their phones and personal conversations. Although we greeted them, there was no response. When I approached the register to make a purchase, I asked the cashier if it was typical for staff not to greet customers. She responded that they usually do, but since it’s a slow day, they hadn’t. That explanation felt inadequate and unprofessional.
