1 /5 TheStreeters AreHome: I had a very disappointing experience at this store, primarily due to the terrible customer service provided by the manager, Jamie. When we noticed that multiple identical items, including different colors, were mistakenly placed on the clearance rack, we sought assistance from Jamie to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, Jamie was too "busy" to speak with us and refused to help, despite the clear mistake made by her employees.
Thankfully, Dillon, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us. He quickly resolved the issue without any input from Jamie. Its unfortunate that a manager would show such disregard for customer concerns, while an employee like Dillon stepped up to make things right. I hope the management team takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both service and accountability in the future.
