Alexis Craig Yesterday my goal was just to look around and I walked in there with no attention of really buying boots but. The two guys were very helpful and their customer service was amazing. No judgment, no nothing Hands-On ready to go full of knowledge and helpful for me and my girl. And Id say their prices are about right with everyone elses. Not really any cheaper but their customer service makes it worth it. I walked out of there with a new set of boots for me and a new set of boots for my girl.

Jasmine Do not shop here. I ordered from online, not knowing what the store was. The items didnt work out and I went to take them back only to be told that I couldnt use my emailed receipt & had to call corporate for a receipt. I do, return on a different day with the emailed receipt & the items and THEN, on my 3rd visit to the store, they tell me I need to have the original card that I paid with online to get my money back on my card. Let me also mention that each visit took FOREVER because the process behind the counter was so slow, the quality of the clothes was terrible (it felt like a grocery bag), the shipping took forever, and they were playing explicit music in the store during my visit. If I could, I would give this store 0 stars.
