1 /5 Rach: I was at the store with husband, my 4 year old and 4 month old baby. The employees were gossiping, cursing out loud, and never said welcome nor spoke to us. At one point my husband went to try a shirt and the male employee with long hair told him to hurry up because they are closing at 8pm. It was 7:35 when the employees said this to my husband. Then all three female employees sat at the register on their phones. At one point one of the females looked and pointed at me said something and the rest of the employees turned to look at me, one employee said “dont say that” and they quickly turned back. I felt uncomfortable, rushed and unwelcomed. I was disappointed in the service and experience. Mainly with employees seeing my 4 year old and still cursing out loud around my child. It was loud enough to hear around the entire store. Terrible service!!!

1 /5 Charlotte Saboda: I recently stopped into PAC Sun with my granddaughter who was looking at some tops. While browsing the store, I witnessed a young employee step up at a register as the cashier was checking a customer out. The blonde associate (I didn’t see her name) started commenting as she took over the transaction. The customer looked annoyed and after hearing the blonde associates commentary, I can understand why! Apparently when you check out (I wouldn’t know bc I refused to let my granddaughter purchase anything from a store whose employees are so rude, unprofessional and judgmental) but when you check out it is asked if you want to donate to a cause. The customer stated ‘No’ she did not and the blonde employee turning to her coworker and in front of customers, chose to loudly condemn, belittle and snidely remark about her character, making horrible assumptions bc she chose not to round up and donate. I don’t know how you run a business with associates that lack morals & professionalism but we won’t be back and I’ve shared my experience with friends & family. I felt horrible for the young customer - shame on your employees for such distasteful display of character! Do better with whom you hire.

1 /5 Silvia Dominguez: My daughter purchased clothing on Feb 2 and went to return some of it on march 4,2025. Darcy at the register told her that she couldn’t return cause it was past 30 day return policy and that it was 31 days, my daughter explains to her Feb short month and that it was the 30th day on 3/4/25 and that if she counted on calendar she will see it was the 30th day and that she was still eligible to get her refund since she had receipt. Darcy kept going back and forth w her and so my daughter decided to take the store credit in order not to make a scene. My daughter called me and I called store and she proceeded to tell me it’s past refund date, I told her go on calendar and count from Feb 2 to march 4 and you will see today is 30th day and she said too late I already processed the store credit. I told her I want to speak to manager she said she is the manager, so I said I’ll be there later w my daughter cause this needs to be resolved in my favor since you made the mistake! I called customer service at pac sun and explained the situation and they told me yes I was right that we can still get refund and to send picture of original receipt and return receipt and they will process return! All this when I’m sure she could have just fixed the issue herself but instead the store manager likes to argue and doesn’t like to admit that she is WRONG!!!

1 /5 Rachel: I was in there with my friend around 2pm just shopping looking at clothes. During this the 3 employees who I don’t know the name of them, the man had glasses and the woman had tattoos and was on the plumper side. The other woman had brown hair and skinny. They were all laughing staring over at us in a judgmental way, one of the girls proceeded to say “ew why is she dressed like that I would never walk out of the house like that” I proceed to ignore, later as the man was checking me out he asked if I had an email I said no I don’t and one of the women who was standing right behind him said to the other woman who worked there “ew why does she sound like that, why is her voice so deep” I was in the store for about 45 min and the whole time they were just cackling and looking at my friend and I. I am usually not one to complain but this is honestly embarrassing for your store and the people who shop there and making it uncomfortable for me to even peacefully shop when I’m getting judged the whole time by your employees, it’s unprofessional behavior and gross. I know if they are doing it to my friend and I they are most definitely doing it to other people. Do better, it makes me not even want to shop here.
