1 /5 laila kilcommons: There’s a reason I never ever step foot in this Pacsun. Never in my LIFE have I ever been so disrespected while shopping. I walk in with my sisters and right off the bat not a single greeting from an employee. Usually I don’t mind that, I get that it’s difficult working retail and it gets so busy. This time however, I did in fact mind. The unnecessary evil glares from the employees make the environment so unpleasant and un-shoppable. As i’m showing one of my sisters a tank top that I thought was cute, I got distracted by another item on the table and showed her that one aswell. I had placed down the tank top on top of the stack of the others, of course with the intention of putting it back nicely. I’ve worked retail so I understand. The blonde strange-looking employee decides it’s a good idea to walk up right next to me and snatch the tank top off of the table. She walks back to her coworkers and they are all laughing. LAUGHING? Because I wasn’t able to re-fold the tank top in the 3 seconds it was sitting on the table? Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I’m sure all of those girls will be there a long time considering they’re too good for everything, even working at a store in the mall. It’s been the same 4 employees for like years at this point and it makes me never want to step foot in the store, knowing that the experience will always be terrible. Just a tip: never walk into this Pacsun wearing a cute outfit or weighing over 120 pounds because you WILL be looked at like you’re filth. Such a disappointing experience and I really hope those girls can learn to accept themselves.
