Platos Closet Sanford - (Near Sanford, FL)

5 /5 Zoe: Usually I dont go into a platos closet because they never have anything in my style but this is the best platos closet ever! Staff were very friendly, store was clean and immaculately put together. I loved the selection of clothes they had. I came here because I loved how the owner would reply to customers who were a bit entitled because I want to support a business that stands up for their employees! And I can see why after seeing how great the staff are here. When Im back in Orlando I will definitely be coming back here. I got the cutest denim vest and a darling cardigan for under $15 together! So excited to see what I find here in the future.

5 /5 Cidnee Gray: GREAT FINDSSS!! I am a 5’10 who always has issues finding jeans. I FINALLY found a pair long enough at this location!! The prices are awesome and the staff were incredibly friendly. This is my new go to store!

I was shopping and bought 2 items as they were almost about to close… I checked out, but there were still two women trying things on as I left… I put my things I bought in the car, and I realized that I wanted to buy a pair of shoes that I saw last minute, but I already knew what I wanted and it would take literally 2 seconds to pay for it, plus, there were still people in the store… so they locked the door as I checked out and went to my car, but I quickly knocked back on the door and asked if I can purchase one more item really quick, a small skinny blonde girl with a nose ring, quickly turned me down like I was such an inconvenience. She was stern for absolutely no reason, she’s like “sorry we are closed have a good night and forced me out basically.. then she proceeded in saying something about me to her other co workers that was rude… it was wrong… I’m in actual sales and also retail sales, and they weren’t closed yet… it wasn’t a big deal… there were people still trying things on, they could have had a really easy sale, I knew what I wanted, it wasn’t like I was continuing to shop, I knew what I wanted… I don’t usually complain online, but this was wrong. Hope to hear a response from the owner. Update: same girl with blonde hair was staring at me, laughing and saying something nasty as I was sitting in my car, minding my own business… this is wrong.. I have been a shopper here for years, sold many things as well have bought… she is a not as nice as she looks… unfortunate, because I was very nice to them… I didn’t say anything or do anything, I don’t know why she has a problem with me, very immature… she must be insecure to hate on someone who only showed kindness to her… very disappointed…

3 /5 CAM EVA: Been going to this store since it opened in Sanford for purchasing and selling, however never have felt so uncomfortable as I did today with the lack of personality amongst the representatives behind the counter. I understand most people don’t like their jobs, but we don’t have to make it evident to the customer. Other than the representatives, the store is always in great condition and always has plenty of inventory.
