5 /5 Themesisua Sankey: First and foremost, I apologize for not leaving a review much sooner, they’re important to small businesses! So forgive me for not doing so. I moved to Florida a few years ago and was searching for Black owned boutiques and happened to come across Pretty Pieces! I’ve been shopping online there every since and my overall experience has been GREAT! I love the clothes because they truly have some very pretty to absolutely gorgeous pieces for every(body) and are very reasonably priced! I always receive compliments whenever I wear an item from them. I haven’t had a bad experience with customer service. The ladies who hand you your items (if you’re picking up) are always a pleasure to talk with and greet you with kindness. Shipping has always been timely as well. I’ve had one (1) issue with something being too large and an exchange was made without a problem. Sizing can be tricky for certain items, but it’s always stated on the website if things are a tight, loose, true to size, stretches or junior fit, there is a size chart also, that’s what has helped me. I’ll continue to support Pretty Pieces because their clothes always make me feel prettier! Thanks for that!

3 /5 Jessica McFerran: The dress I ordered was not good quality. It was SHEIN value at boutique prices. I tried to return the item, and they said they would make a one time exception for store credit AS LONG as I had the original packaging, packing slips, and sent it back on my own dime. You also have to return the item within 5 days of receiving it. It was my fault I didn’t read the whole return policy, but I think it’s a very rigid policy. My rating is based off the garment quality. I will be donating the dress.

5 /5 Alicia Lizzmore: I received my pieces, and they were perfect. The garments all fit well, except for one. The item was too long and would need altering, so I decided to gift it to my daughter. I purchased most of them for a cruise and I cant wait to wear them.
