No judgment, no nothing Hands-On ready to go full of knowledge and helpful for me and my girl. And Id say their prices are about right with everyone elses. Not really any cheaper but their customer service makes it worth it. I walked out of there with a new set of boots for me and a new set of boots for my girl.
