1 /5 Shantae: Yesterday, I went to this store to shop for an outfit for my vacation, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. While I was trying on clothes, two employees—one wearing glasses and the other with black hair—were openly making rude and disrespectful comments about me, assuming I couldn’t hear them. I heard everything clearly. I confronted the woman at the front of the store and informed her that I heard exactly what was being said, yet she chose to deny it instead of taking responsibility. This behavior was not only unprofessional but humiliating and completely inappropriate. The level of disrespect and lack of accountability shown by the staff reflects extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning to this store and would strongly advise others to think twice before shopping here.

1 /5 Remax Agent: You have 7 days to return there cheap clothes. You have to take the clothes home to try them on, the fitting room has been closed for over a year. Plus, they watch you like youre already a thief, horrible place to shop

2 /5 Tiana Taylor: So the first thing that I want to get out of the way is that every other employee was very kind but one young lady in specific a young Hispanic lady with glasses, felt the need to be condescending and disgustingly rude to me based off of nothing. Talking over me and alluded to the fact that I was leaving some pants on the rack that I never picked up or moved was really tacky. Her customer service is less than mediocre.
