1 /5 Adelina Chavez: your store in1414 Lantana rd lantana Florida 33462 I would like to know if there is cameras in the store? the management stated that there are no cameras to the police ,I was assaulted by Im assuming the manager she tried to grab my phone out of my hand as I took a picture of her. I was shopping at the Shoe department she stated damn these people dont know how to put things away and shes throwing shoes around and Im the only one at that department with my granddaughter 10 minutes before the store was closing ,I asked her who was she talking to if she was talking to us she said well if you did it then Im talking to you I told her she was very rude and didnt have to speak to me like that and I said thats part of her job is putting things away as I went to the front to pay for the dress I asked the cashier what the name of the lady was and the ladies told her dont tell her my name so I said fine Im going to take a picture as I took a picture of her before I could even put my camera down from my face I felt a tug and it was her pushing the camera down I asked her not to touch me the other representatives there saw everything I called the police department and waited outside and gave them my statement ,I requested for them to look at the cameras that will state that she assaulted me the girls that were inside all said that it was just a verbal altercation this is absolutely unacceptable and I am appalled that people can actually do this to customers and get away with it .I would like a general manager or corporate to contact me as soon as it is possible because I do want to know if there is cameras and I would like to get that footage to show the police department and press charges

2 /5 Estar Brown: Clothes are cute, it’s like Fashion Nova but cheaper sometimes. However, the short Mexican girl with the black hair was hands down the rudest woman I ever met in customer service. I was so disgusted with her attitude. Because she had to correct a price. So heads up make sure you’re checking that the prices are as marked. They had to manually change the prices on my purchase and that warranted the rude attitude.

1 /5 Jennifer Saint Fleur: Why are the dressings rooms still closed? Covid is over.and it’s every location. I just recently purchased an outfit for almost $30 just for it not to fit how I wanted it to. Which resulted in me having to go home try it on and come right back to return the item. Which could’ve been avoided if I had the chance to try it on. You might as well turn into an online store if you don’t want your customers trying on clothes. Are the employees just too lazy to clean up the dressing rooms. Please fix this issue because you’ll continue to lose out on business!

4 /5 Christopher Roberts: Went there to pick up a gift of clothing for a senior citizen and I had no idea idea what was in style for a lady of that age. Luckily, the store staff was very helpful in helping me choose the appropriate items. The gifts chosen were perfect because she kept all the items that I bought at Rainbow. I recommend this shop for senior ladies looking for fashionable clothes at a competitive price.
